Q: What is a Diagnostic visit?
A: A Diagnostic is where we call out and find the problem with your machine. If it can be repaired in the first visit, we will usually charge an extra £20-£40 + Parts (if needed) Or if we find a service is needed the charge is £89 instead. If your machine needs specialist parts we do not carry, we will then charge the £89 for the Diagnostic Visit and give you a repair quote to return and fix the machine.
Q: Do we cover your area?
A: See our table of postcode areas for service in your area.
Q: How soon will you be able to call out?
A: We aim to call within a week where possible but with a maximum of two weeks.
Q: Am I covered if a repair fails?
A: Yes all work carries a 3 month warranty by law; Parts warranty is what is supplied by the parts supplier which will be a minimum of three months.
Q: Will it definitely be possible to fix my machine?
A: All faults can be fixed the only issue is that sometimes we find the cost can be more than a machine is worth. We will give you the best advice we can when we know what the fault is this generally requires a diagnostic visit but sometimes we may know from a chat on the phone.
Q: Is it important to get a Treadmill serviced?
A: Yes the biggest most expensive issue with a treadmill mainly is lack of lubrication can cause excess strain to the motor. This in turn can cause the MCB to fail.
