We're absolute enthusiasts when it comes to Fitness Equipment. It gives us a tremendous sense of inner pleasure when we see the satisfied look on our customer's faces or when our efforts have resulted in another project being successfully completed.
We attend training courses in the UK and abroad to ensure that we continually develop our skills to meet present and future demands. Matt has worked in the fitness industry since 2007, starting in Technical support for Icon Health and fitness. This involved diagnosing faults over the phone for customers, talking customers and engineers through the repair over the phone and giving any general technical help with their machines. From this Mat progressed to technician working for Northwick fitness machine engineers as a Field Engineer. This involved on site repairs right through till July 2013. At this point, with customer care paramount the decision to start UK Gym Repair was made.
