Excellent friendly professional service provided by Matt. Arranged for a phone call to go through the problem on our cross-trainer. He knew what the issue was, the solutions available to me & approximate costs. Broke the issue & solution down into something that I could understand and fix myself. Would recommend to anyone with issues with gym equipment

Just a note to say how delighted we were with your fast and efficient service. Your friendly and professional engineer arrived early this morning and fixed the minor problem with the display on our Kettler treadmill. Such excellent customer service is a rare thing these days.
